Many foods and drinks have handy Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs) on their packaging. GDAs are Guideline Daily Amounts for men, women and children about the amount of calories, sugars, fat, saturated fat, and salt they should eat every day. You’ll find GDAs clearly marked on all Flora products.

Although GDAs are a guide, it’s important to try not to exceed your GDAs for sugars, fat, saturated fat, and salt. See the chart below for an example of your recommended daily amount for each nutrient:
