With only a handful of ingredients, these yummy Easter cupcakes are an absolute tweet (treat!) to make. The yummy coconut sprinkles make them all fluffy and cute on the outside, while Flora Buttery makes them all fluffy and delicious on the inside. Perfect for Easter parties, cake sales, or simply with a nice cup of tea.
These all-in-one cupcakes are simply the easiest baking recipe you can imagine. With only 5 main ingredients – all of which you can probably find in your kitchen cupboards right now – and less than 15 minutes baking time, you won’t believe how quick and easy it is to turn out light fluffy cupcakes. Just mix the first 4 ingredients in one bowl (so there’s hardly any washing up too!) then pop into cases and bake.
This rich sweet sticky ginger cake recipe is easy to make but will get you loads of compliments at teatime. Melt together Flora, muscovado sugar, treacle and golden syrup then add cinnamon, ginger and chopped stem ginger (not forgetting flour of course!). Beat in an egg and bake… it’s great as it is but you can also make a simple ginger glaze icing to drizzle over once it’s cool.
This easy cake recipe calls for the ripest banana you’ve got – perfect for using up specimens that have been hanging around in the fruit bowl for a while! Simple yet gorgeous, this banana fudge cake also includes lots of little bits of chocolate fudge bar and dried banana chips in the mix, with delectable melted dark chocolate and more fudge and dried banana on top.
These crunchy peanut butter cupcakes are quick, easy and delicious. Perfect for teatime, tasty treats or even surprise guests dropping by! Just beat the ingredients together (not forgetting the vital one – crunchy peanut butter), divide into cases and pop in the oven for less than half an hour. A simple peanut butter and Flora buttercream icing, dusted with cocoa or drizzled with chocolate, is the perfect topping.
