TV personality, Gabby Logan is supporting our Love Your Heart campaign, helping publicise the issue and encouraging women to learn more about the risks and take action by making small changes to their lifestyle. A former international gymnast, Gabby began her broadcasting career in radio in 1992 and joined Sky Sports in 1996, where she quickly established herself as a football presenter.

As a keen fitness enthusiast Gabby understands the importance of keeping active and living a generally healthy lifestyle, to keep cholesterol levels low and your heart healthy. Gabby’s family experienced the devastating impact of heart disease, and since then Gabby has been a long-time supporter of the British Heart Foundation.

Gabby will not only front the campaign, she is also hosting the inaugural Flora pro.activ and British Heart Foundation Low Tea at The Langham Hotel on 1st November. The event will see Gabby help celebrate Heart Heroes, with the Love Your Heart Awards.

The truth is, heart disease is the single biggest killer of women in the UK. A key risk factor for heart disease is high cholesterol, but the good news is you can help protect yourself and lower your cholesterol with simple changes to your diet and lifestyle. Flora pro.activ and the British Heart Foundation are working together to raise awareness of heart disease amongst women. We are encouraging women to unite in the battle against heart disease, to share their stories with other women and inspire them to take action.”
