Flora Cuisine

Flora Cuisine is a mild-tasting cooking liquid we’ve created from a clever blend of linseed, rapeseed and sunflower oils. It’s super-versatile and really lets your ingredients’ flavours shine through.

It’s perfect for frying, roasting and baking – it won’t spit or burn. And because it’s lower in saturated fat than olive oil and high in omega 3, it’s a healthy† choice too…

To use Flora Cuisine in your favourite recipes, you can swap it for the same amount of oil… and for every 100g of butter or spread, use 110ml of Flora Cuisine. It’s that’s simple.

Ingredients: Vegetable oils in varying proportions (75%) (rapeseed oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil), water, salt (0.9%), emulsifiers (SOY bean lecithin, polysorbate 60), preservative (potassium sorbate), SOY protein, citric acid, stabilisers (guar gum, xanthan gum), flavourings, colour (carotene), vitamins A and D.
