Multi Grain Breakfast Bagel with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 plum tomato - deseeded, finely chopped
  • ¼ red onion - finely diced
  • Stem half bunch of coriander, chopped
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped with seeds in juice and zest 1 large lime
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 multi-grain bagels, toasted
  • 30g crispy shallots
  • Flora Original spread

Instructions

  1. Chop the avocados and mix with all the other chopped ingredients.
  2. Spread Flora on the toasted bagels, serve with guacamole mixture and top with crispy shallots.
