Chicken Cream Soup with Flora Cooking

Ingredients
- Flora 40 grams 2 tbsp
- finely chopped onion 125 grams
- diced carrots 100 grams
- celery stalks finely chopped 60 grams
- chicken breast cooked shredded 500 grams
- All purpose flour 40 grams
- chicken broth 1000 ml
- Flora 250 ml
- salt & Pepper to taste 5 gram
- Fresh parsley for garnish 20 gram
Instructions
- In a pot, melt Flora and sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
- Add shredded chicken and sprinkle flour over the vegetables. Stir well.
- Pour in chicken broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Bring to a simmer and add Flora Cooking, salt, and pepper. Cook until the soup thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
