Ingredients
Banana Chocolate Spring Roll

1 banana

1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

8 egg roll wrappers

1 tablespoon Flora™ Plant Butter Unsalted, melted
Raspberry Sauce

3 cups fresh raspberries
-
1/2 cup white sugar
-
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Banana Chocolate Spring Rolls

Peel and cut banana in half. Then cut each piece in half lengthwise. Cut quarters lengthwise again so you have 8 long pieces of banana.

To assemble spring rolls, place one piece of banana and one tablespoon of chocolate chips diagonally in the corner of a spring roll wrapper. Roll the corner of the wrapper over the filing and towards the center. Fold corners towards the center and continue to roll to the top corner. Brush a little bit of water on the edge of the wrapper to seal wrapper. Repeat this process with remaining banana. and chocolate chips. Brush spring rolls with plant butter.

Air-fry for 5-6 minutes, turning each spring roll halfway through cooking. Serve with chilled raspberry sauce.
Raspberry Sauce

Heat raspberries, sugar, and water over low heat. Simmer mixture for 5-7 minutes until berries are broken down. Remove from heat and strain sauce through fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds. Use the back of a spoon to push the raspberry sauce through the strainer. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
