Apple Filling
- 4 cups peeled Granny Smith apples, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
Pecan Streusel Topping
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup lightly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Flora™ Plant Butter Salted, melted

Instructions
Apple Filling
- Mix apple cubes, sugar, flour, juice from 1 lemon, and salt together in a bowl.
- Let mixture sit for 20 minutes to allow apples to release juices.
Pecan Streusel Topping
- In a bowl, mix pecans, sugar, flour, and oats together.
- Stir in melted Flora™ Plant Butter Salted, stirring all ingredients until combined.
Assembly and Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Scoop a heaping spoonful of streusel into 6 8oz. mason jars. Then, add apple filling to the jars, followed by other scoop of streusel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until apple filling is bubbling.
Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream and vegan caramel sauce.
