Berry Filling
  • 3/4 cup assorted berries such as strawberries and blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flora™ Unsalted Plant Butter, very chilled
  • 2 tablespoons oat milk or other non-dairy milk

Berry Cobbler
  1. Add berries and powdered sugar to mug and stir well.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a small mixing bowl. Blend plant butter into dry ingredients using fingertips until mixture is shaggy. Then stir in milk. Arrange dough on top of the berries. Microwave for 1 minute 45 seconds. If topping looks undercooked microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
