Banana Nice Cream
  • 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Flora™ Dairy Free Multipurpose Crème or oat milk
Plant Butterscotch Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Flora™ Salted Plant Butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flora™ Dairy Free Multipurpose Crème or oat milk
Fancy Waffle Cone
  • 4 sugar cones
  • 1 cup vegan white chocolate * see comment
  • a few drops pink food color gel
  • pink decorative sprinkles

Instructions
 

Banana Nice Cream
  1. Blend bananas, vanilla, and plant cream in a powerful blender. Begin blending the mixture on the lowest speed and gradually increase as the bananas break down. Use a tamper to stir and mash the mixture while the motor is running. Blend for 2 minutes, or until the mixture is creamy and lump free. Transfer to a storage container and freeze for 30 minutes.
Plant Butterscotch Sauce
  1. Microwave plant butter in a medium-size bowl until melted. Remove bowl from the microwave and whisk in brown sugar and plant cream. Cover with cling wrap and microwave for 3 minutes. The sauce will be thin, but will thicken as it cools. Cool for at least 20 minutes before serving with nice cream.
Fancy Waffle Cone
  1. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Set aside
  2. Melt chocolate for about 90 seconds or until smooth, stirring often to prevent the chocolate from burning. Stir in food color.
  3. Hold the sugar cone at the tip and dip the wide end into the melted chocolate. Quickly dip in the sprinkles and set on the prepared sheet pan with the chocolate side facedown. Transfer cones to freezer to harden the chocolate.
  4. To serve, scoop nice cream into fancy cone and top with plant butterscotch sauce.
