Crispy Marshmallow Treat
Use plant-based marshmallows and plant butter to make this classic American treat into a vegan friendly recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Flora™ Plant Butter Unsalted
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 5 cups puffed rice cereal
Instructions
- Line a 9x9'' baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a saucepot over medium heat, melt plant butter and mini marshmallows. Stir regularly to prevent the marshmallows from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- When Flora Unsalted and mini marshmallows are melted, remove pot from heat and quickly stir in puffed rice cereal.
- Pour mixture onto prepared 9x9'' pan. Flatten mixture into an even layer.
- When cool, cut into squares.
