Ingredients
Mushroom Shrimp

7 ounces trumpet mushrooms

1/4 cup Flora™ Plant Butter Unsalted, melted

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Seasoning
Lemon Caper Sauce

3/4 cup vegan mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 small clove garlic, grated

1 tablespoon drained capers, chopped
Instructions
Mushroom Shrimp

Cut mushrooms into rounds about 1/2'' thick. Cut each round into a shrimp shape by carving a wavy line down the middle like a yin yang symbol. Toss mushroom shrimp with melted plant butter in a large bowl.

In another bowl, stir bread crumbs and OLD BAY® together. Transfer this mixture to a shallow pan or dish.

Place the mushroom shrimp into the bread crumb mixture and gently toss to evenly coat.

Air fry mushroom shrimp at 390°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with lemon caper sauce.
