  1. Prepare radishes by removing the green leaves and washing the greens in a bowl of cold water. Dry clean leaves in a salad spinner, and set aside. Slice the trimmed radishes wafer-thin using a mandoline.
  2. Lightly toast bread. Evenly divide plant butter onto each piece of toast and spread. Layer radishes on toast and top with torn pieces of radish leaf, freshly cracked black pepper, and sea salt flakes.
