Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 teaspoon Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flora™ Plant Butter Unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

      Instructions
       

      1. In a small bowl mix cinnamon and light brown sugar together. Set aside,
      2. Place butter in a microwavable mug or ramekin and microwave for about 20 seconds to melt.
      3. Add non-dairy milk, flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the cinnamon brown sugar mixture to melted butter. Whisk until batter forms. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon brown sugar on top of batter. Microwave for 1 minute 25 seconds.
