Harissa Plant Butter
- Preparation time
- 1 cup Flora™ Plant Butter Unsalted
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Use to top grilled or pan seared tofu, tempeh, cauliflower steaks, portobello mushrooms, or your favorite veggie burgers. Stir into quinoa, farro, rice or pasta. Toss with cooked vegetables. Spread on bread or muffins.
