1 tablespoon room temperature Flora™ Unsalted Plant Butter + extra for skillet
2 slices soft white sandwich bread
1/2 ounce vegan dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces
1/4 cup vegan mini marshmallows
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
Spread plant butter on one side of each bread slice. On the non-buttered side of one slice layer marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs. Place the other slice of bread on top with the buttered side facing up.
Melt a little bit of plant butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Transfer sandwich to hot skillet and grill for 60-90 seconds, or until bread is golden brown and crispy. Flip sandwich and cook for an additional 60-90 seconds.
