Multi Grain Breakfast Bagel with Guacamole
In collaboration with Simon Rimmer.
- Chop the avocados and mix with all the other chopped ingredients.
- Spread Flora on the toasted bagels, serve with guacamole mixture and top with crispy shallots.
- 2 avocados
- 1 plum tomato - deseeded, finely chopped
- ¼ red onion - finely diced
- Stem half bunch of coriander, chopped
- ½ red chilli, finely chopped with seeds in
- juice and zest 1 large lime
- salt and pepper
- 2 multi-grain bagels, toasted
- 30g crispy shallots
