Flora Garlic Pizza

Method

  1. Put the flour, yeast and 1 tsp salt into a bowl and mix, then add 200ml of warm water and the Flora. Mix with your hands, then tip onto a clean surface and knead until you have a smooth dough. Set aside in a bowl to prove for 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, make the garlic Flora by mixing the garlic with the Flora and parsley, season well. Heat the oven to 240C/220C fan.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 balls, you can save 2 in the freezer for next time! Roll out 2 of the balls on a floured surface into 20cm rounds, then lift onto a floured baking tray. Spread with the garlic Flora, leaving a 1cm border. Sprinkle with the cheese, then bake for 10-12 mins, until the dough is crisp and the cheese is melting. Slice and serve whilst hot.

~ For the dough ~

  • 325g strong white bread flour
  • 1 sachet fast action yeast
  • 1 tbsp melted Flora

~ For the topping ~

  • 50g Flora Original
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 100g parmesan and grated mozzarella, or vegan alternative
