Vegan Pancakes

In collaboration with Simon Rimmer.

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients, add the milk and mix together ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Place a frying pan on medium heat and add oil.
  3. Spoon about 3tbs of mix into the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Repeat this process until all the mixture has gone.
  5. Spread each pancake with Flora and serve with your choice of toppings.

Ingredients

~ For the batter ~

  • 125g self raising flour
  • 30g sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 150ml almond milk
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Oil to fry
