Arvonta on käynnissä 1.10-31.10.2023. 

Instagram ei ole osallisena arvonnassa.

Draw rules
1. The promoter of this prize draw is Upfield Finland Oy, Mannerheimintie 12, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (the “Promoter”).
2. The prize draw is open to all Finnish residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promotor, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. All entries must be submitted via the Promotor’s Instagram platforms by following @florasuomi and @relovelifestyle more than one entry per person is permitted.
5. Entries will only be accepted during the prize draw period, which is between 6:00am) on 1 October 2023 and 18:00pm on 31 October 2023 Eastern European Summer Time (i.e., GMT+3). Entries received after the prize draw period will not be valid.
6 The Promotor accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any fault of any kind.
7. A winner will be chosen at random after the prize draw period.
8. One (1) winner will receive Kitchen Aid [KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM175PSEAC -yleiskone, kerma]. Colour is based on availability.
9. The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram (by @florasuomi) and must then provide a postal address in Finland to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promotor within 72 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promotor will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The Promotor reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
12. The decision of the Promotor regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. Every participant agrees that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its social media accounts and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the prize draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the prize draw entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the prize draw entry for such purposes.
14. The Promotor may either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promotor may send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Isabel.Engstrom@upfield.com or anyone who writes to Upfield Finland Oy, Mannerheimintie 12, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of the prize draw period stated in condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Isabel.Engstrom@upfield.com. In such circumstances, the Promotor may still provide the information and winning entry to any applicable advertising authority and/or regulator on request.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promotor reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
16. The Promotor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Any personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out at https://upfield.com/privacypolicy/en_us.html. See also Condition 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.15. 18. The prize draw will be governed by Finnish law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts. 
19. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Finnish. The English language version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if there is a conflict.



Arvonnan säännöt
1. Tämän arvonnan järjestäjä on Upfield Finland Oy, Mannerheimintie 12, 00100 Helsinki ("Järjestäjä").
2. Arvonta on avoin kaikille 18 vuotta täyttäneille Suomen asukkaille, poislukien Promoottorin työntekijät, heidän perheensä, edustajat tai muut kolmannet osapuolet, jotka ovat suoraan yhteydessä arvonnan hallinnointiin.
3. Arvontaan on vapaa osallistuminen, eikä ostoa vaadita.
4. Kaikki kilpailuosallistumiset tulee lähettää Promotorin Instagram-alustojen kautta seuraamalla @florasuomi ja @relovelifestyle, useampi kuin yksi osallistuminen on sallittua.
5. Ilmoittautumisia hyväksytään vain arvonta-aikana, joka on 1. lokakuuta 2023 klo 6.00 ja 31. lokakuuta 2023 klo 18.00 Itä-Euroopan kesäaikaa (eli GMT+3). Arvonta-ajan jälkeen saapuneet osallistumiset eivät ole voimassa.
6. Järjestäjä ei ota vastuuta osallistumisista, joita ei ole suoritettu onnistuneesti minkä tahansa vian vuoksi.
7. Voittaja valitaan sattumanvaraisesti arvontajakson jälkeen.
8. Yksi (1) voittaja saa Kitchen Aidin [KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM175PSEAC -yleiskone, kerma]. Väri määräytyy saatavuuden mukaan.
9. Voittajalle ilmoitetaan yksityisviestillä Instagramissa (@florasuomi) ja hänen tulee toimittaa postiosoite Suomessa palkinnon lunastamista varten. Jos voittaja ei vastaa Promoottorille 72 tunnin kuluessa ilmoituksesta, voittajan palkinto menetetään ja Promoottorilla on oikeus valita toinen voittaja yllä kuvatun prosessin mukaisesti.
10. Voittajan palkintoa ei voi vaihtaa, sitä ei voi siirtää eikä käteisvaihtoehtoa tarjota.
11. Promoottori varaa oikeuden korvata palkinnon vaihtoehtoisella palkinnolla, jonka arvo on sama tai suurempi.
12. Promoottorin päätös mihin tahansa palkintoarvontaan liittyvään on lopullinen ja sitova, eikä siitä käydä kirjeenvaihtoa.
13. Jokainen osallistuja hyväksyy, että Järjestäjä voi, mutta ei ole velvollinen, jakamaan osallistumisesi saataville sosiaalisen median tileillään ja muilla medioilla, riippumatta siitä, ovatko ne nyt olemassa tai luotu tulevaisuudessa, sekä palkintoarvonnan julkistamisen yhteydessä. Sitoudut myöntämään Järjestäjälle ei-yksinomaisen, maailmanlaajuisen, peruuttamattoman lisenssin arvontaan liittyvien immateriaalioikeuksien koko ajaksi käyttää, näyttää, julkaista, lähettää, kopioida, muokata, muuttaa, tallentaa, uudelleen muotoile ja lisensoi palkintoarvontaan osallistuminen tällaisiin tarkoituksiin.
14. Järjestäjä voi joko julkaista tai antaa saataville tietoja, jotka osoittavat, että pätevä palkinnonjako on tapahtunut. Tämän velvoitteen noudattamiseksi Promoottori voi lähettää tärkeimpien palkintojen voittajien sukunimen ja maakunnan sekä soveltuvin osin kopiot heidän voittajistaan kaikille, jotka lähettävät sähköpostia Isabel.Engstrom@upfield.com tai kenelle tahansa, joka kirjoittaa osoitteeseen Upfield Finland Oy, Mannerheimintie 12, 00100 Helsinki (mukana itse osoitettu kirjekuori) kuukauden sisällä ehdossa 5 mainitusta palkintoajankohdasta. Jos vastustat jonkin tai koko sukunimesi, maakuntasi ja voittajatyösi julkistamista tai saattamista saataville, ota yhteyttä Isabel.Engstrom@upfield.com. Tällaisissa olosuhteissa Promoottori voi silti pyynnöstä toimittaa tiedot ja voittajan mille tahansa sovellettavalle mainosviranomaiselle ja/tai sääntelyviranomaiselle.
15. Osallistujien katsotaan hyväksyneen nämä ehdot ja sitoutuneen niihin osallistuessaan. Promoottori varaa oikeuden evätä pääsyn tai kieltäytyä myöntämästä palkintoa kenelle tahansa, joka rikkoo näitä ehtoja.
16. Promoottori pidättää oikeuden mitätöidä, peruuttaa, keskeyttää tai muuttaa palkintoarvontaa, jos se on tarpeen.
17. Kaikki tämän arvonnan aikana toimitetut henkilötiedot käsitellään vain osoitteessa https://upfield.com/privacypolicy/en_us.html kuvatulla tavalla. Katso myös voittajien julkistamista koskeva ehto 14.
18. Arvontaan sovelletaan Suomen lakia ja arvontaan osallistujat alistuvat suomalaisten tuomioistuinten lainkäyttövaltaan.
19. Nämä ehdot ovat saatavilla sekä englanniksi että suomeksi. Näiden ehtojen englanninkielinen versio on ensisijainen, jos on ristiriitaa.
