- 100 g oats
- 50 g dried dates
- 50 g ground almonds
- 20 g Flora 100% Natural Ingredients
- 25 g dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- zest and juice of 1 orange
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them slightly.
- While they are softening add the oats, ground almonds, half of the cocoa powder and orange zest to a food processor.
- Over a very low heat, heat the Flora with the orange juice until it has melted. Add to the food processor.
- If the dates are not pitted, remove the stones from them and add the dates to the food processor too. Blitz everything together.
- Move to a small bowl and stir through the chocolate chips.
- Shape into 6 balls and roll in the remaining cocoa powder to coat.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
