  • 100 g Flora 100% Natural Ingredients
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g dark soft brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 75 g self-raising flour
  • 75 g ground almonds
  • 100 g raspberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the Flora 100% Natural Ingredients and chocolate over a very low heat, taking off the heat from time to time, taking care not to burn the chocolate.
  3. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  4. Grease a 20cm square baking tin with a bit more Flora 100% Natural Ingredients.
  5. Stir the sugar into the chocolate mixture and add the eggs.
  6. In a separate bowl combine the flour and almonds. Fold into the chocolate mixture a bit at a time.
  7. Add the raspberries.
  8. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the top is springy to the touch, and a skewer comes out clean.
  9. Leave to cool and then cut into 9 squares.
