- 100 g Flora 100% Natural Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 125 g dark soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 75 g self-raising flour
- 75 g ground almonds
- 100 g raspberries
- Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
- In a saucepan, melt the Flora 100% Natural Ingredients and chocolate over a very low heat, taking off the heat from time to time, taking care not to burn the chocolate.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
- Grease a 20cm square baking tin with a bit more Flora 100% Natural Ingredients.
- Stir the sugar into the chocolate mixture and add the eggs.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour and almonds. Fold into the chocolate mixture a bit at a time.
- Add the raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the top is springy to the touch, and a skewer comes out clean.
- Leave to cool and then cut into 9 squares.
