  • 500 g oats
  • 150 g mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed...)
  • 50 g Flora Buttery
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 50 g pecan nuts
  • 50 g Brazil nuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 400 g dried fruit (e.g. a mixture of cranberries, apricots and raisins)
  • 80 g fresh fruit per serving (e.g. strawberries and blueberries)
  1. Preheat the oven to 140°C Fan.
  2. In a large bowl mix oats, seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Blitz nuts in a small food processor so they are quite small, and add to the oat mixture.
  4. In a small pan, melt the Flora Buttery and honey together over a low heat.
  5. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix through.
  6. Spread the granola out onto a roasting dish (you may need two).
  7. Put into the oven at 140 degrees for 12 minutes. Stir and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. After it has cooked (or before you put it away, no rush for this part), add dried fruit.
  9. Store in an airtight container when it is completely cold.
  10. Serve a 40g serving with fresh fruit, milk and a spoonful of yogurt.
