Veggie kebabs made with peppers, tomatoes, courgette, onion and halloumi cheese are grilled to perfection and brushed with a delicious Flora Original and mustard sauce. Hello, BBQ season!

- 1 red, orange or yellow pepper, cut into chunks
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, thickly sliced
- 1/2 courgette, halved and thickly sliced
- 60 g halloumi cheese, cubed
- 20g Flora Original, melted
- 1 tsp Honey Mustard
- wooden skewers
- Thread the vegetables and cheese onto skewers.
- Mix the Flora Original and mustard together and brush over the kebabs.
- Cook for 15-20 mins under a moderate grill (200C/180C fan/gas 6) or on the barbecue, brushing with any remaining glaze before serving.
