- 1 medium banana
- 80 g mixed frozen fruit
- 2 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
- 50 ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel
- 10 g Flora Original
- Toast your bagel.
- In a food processor, simply blitz together the banana, frozen fruit (no need to defrost), yogurt and milk to make your smoothie.
- Spread your bagel with Flora Original and enjoy your breakfast!
