  • 1 medium banana
  • 80 g mixed frozen fruit
  • 2 tbsp low fat natural yogurt
  • 50 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 cinnamon and raisin bagel
  • 10 g Flora Original
  1. Toast your bagel.
  2. In a food processor, simply blitz together the banana, frozen fruit (no need to defrost), yogurt and milk to make your smoothie.
  3. Spread your bagel with Flora Original and enjoy your breakfast!
