Chocolate & Ginger Cookies

16 portions Ingredients
190 g plain flour
30 g cocoa powder
200 g golden caster sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
110 g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
3 tbsp plain yoghurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsps ground ginger 1 and a half tsps
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160c fan
Sift the Flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda ,ground ginger & cinnamon
Cream the Flora Plant and sugar until light and fluffy
Add yogurt and vanilla extract
Add the flour mix and bring all together
Use a small ice-cream scoop to form the dough into balls
Dip each ball in the icing sugar
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart then chill for 5 mins
Bake for 12-15 mins and leave to cool on the tray. Don’t worry if your biscuits appear to be soft they will harden as they cool
