Apple Pecan Crumble
To bring this recipe to life, you'll need Granny Smith apples, plenty of cinnamon, and a generous helping of pecans. The sweetness of the apples and the salty crunch of the pecans make this apple pecan crumble a real game changer. It's easy to make and sure to please the whole family.

- 5 Granny Smith apples
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 4 tsps cranberries
- pinch of ground clove
- 2 tsps of light brown sugar
- 180 grams of plain flour
- 120 grams of caster sugar

120 grams of Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
- 100 gram pecans
- plant based custard
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Chop your apple into thin segments and then cut in half to create chunks. Boil in a saucepan covered in water for 5 minutes until softer.
- Drain and mix in a bowl with 3 tbsp of light brown sugar, then cranberries, then cinnamon & ground cloves.
- Roughly chop the pecans. Add to a large bowl with the flour and sugar. Chop the Flora Unsalted into chunks and add to the bowl. Rub the butter into the mixture until a breadcrumb-like mixture is formed.
- In an ovenproof dish (approx. 15 x 25cm), add the cooked apple mixture. Then add the crumble mixture on top. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
- Pour over your favourite plant-based custard and enjoy!
