For the dough
- 325 grams organic white bread flour
- 1 sachet fast action yeast
- 1 tbsp melted Flora
For the topping
- 50 grams Flora
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 100 grams Parmesan and grated mozzarella, or vegan alternative
- Put the flour, yeast and 1 tsp salt into a bowl and mix, then add 200ml of warm water and the Flora. Mix with your hands, then tip onto a clean surface and knead until you have a smooth dough. Set aside in a bowl to prove for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, make the garlic Flora by mixing the garlic with the Flora and parsley, season well. Heat the oven to 240C/220C fan.
- Divide the dough into 4 balls, you can save 2 in the freezer for next time! Roll out 2 of the balls on a floured surface into 20cm rounds, then lift onto a floured baking tray. Spread with the garlic Flora, leaving a 1cm border. Sprinkle with the cheese, then bake for 10-12 mins, until the dough is crisp and the cheese is melting. Slice and serve whilst hot.
