Granola with Peanut Butter Smash

For the Granola
- 100 grams rolled oats, roasted
- 25 grams chopped hazelnuts, roasted
- 15 grams chopped pecans, roasted
- 15 grams golden raisins
- 10 grams desiccated coconut
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 25 ml melted Flora Original
Peanut Butter Smash
- 75 grams crunchy peanut butter
- 75 ml vegan coconut yogurt
- 50 grams strawberries
- 25 grams blueberries
- 1 chopped nectarine
- For the granola, in a bowl mix the ingredients together, add the maple syrup and melted Flora Original, mix well.
- In a separate bowl mix the peanut butter and yoghurt until well combined.
- Crush half the fruit, add to the peanut butter mixture.
- Serve the granola, topped with yoghurt mix and sliced fruit (add more maple and fresh mint to garnish).
