- 200 g pecan halves
 - 4 tbsp light brown sugar
 - 0.5 cm slice of Flora salted
 - 1 puff pastry roll
 - 1 egg
 - 100 g caramel sizzle
 
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Roughly chop the pecans into big chunks.
 - In a frying pan, add the Flora Salted and when melted and small bubbles appear, add the pecans and fry for 2 minutes.
 - Add the light brown sugar and a splash of water, mix well over medium heat until a caramel sticky sauce coats the pecans. Set aside off the heat.
 - Roll out the pastry sheet and cut into 6 large squares. Drizzle 1 TBsp of caramel drizzle in the centre of each square, add a big spoon of pecans on each slice and then drizzle some more caramel over the top. Fold in each side of the pastry, crimp using a fork and brush with a beaten egg mixture.
 - Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
