- 60 grams Flora
- 400 grams black beans
- 150 grams caster sugar
- 60 grams cocoa powder
- 50 grams dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Heat the oven to 160°c (fan) and line a 20cm square brownie tin with baking paper.
- Blitz the melted Flora Original, black beans, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix the cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar.
- Tip the black bean mix into the cocoa powder mix and whisk to combine. Fold the chocolate chunks in, then tip into the brownie tin and bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then set in the fridge for an hour or so. Use the baking paper to help you to remove from the tin and use a sharp knife to cut into brownies, however big or small you like!
